Letter of Intent

Fineline Aviation signed letters of intent for sites 6 & 7. Started pre-construction and due diligence processes with the design team.

Design Begins

Engaged design team to start construction plans for project, and working closely with the city on all details. Wait list has increased daily to roughly 80+ members. Working. Survey is starting for civil design.

Site Survey

Complete Site Survey. Civil Design underway. Architect/MEP’s underway.

Submit Plans

Submit Civil Design to TCEQ, Submit for SDP at GT Planning. Submit to FAA OE/AAA

FAQ's

When will hangars be available?

Phase 1 projected completion is Q1 2026. Phase 2 will follow and should be complete around Q3 2026

How many Hangars will be built in Phase 1?

There will be between 45 and 50 Hangars in Phase 1.

What is pricing going to be for leasing or purchasing?

This info will be available end of Q2 2025

What is included in each hangar?

Each hangar will be equipped with:

Dedicated, hydraulically operated main door
Interior LED overhead high bay lighting
Exterior LED wall pack lighting
One (1) to Two (2) Dedicated power circuit with multiple outlets
Larger Hangars (75’ x 60’ and up) will have small sub-panel 30-50amp to be determined

What are the Lease Terms?

Leases will be a 24-month term minimum, which will consist of a base lease rate + NNN (triple net lease)

What does the purchase of a hangar consist of?

This is the sale of the hangar construction.

What kind of deposit do you need?

Lease Deposits will be 2 months, due at start of construction.
Purchase Deposits will be 20% down, due at start of construction.

The Airport only has a 30 Year Land Lease?

Yes, that is correct, and we hope to have more information on extending that later. No guarantees.

How does the land lease work?

There will be quarterly dues sent out for land lease and common area costs just like an POA.

Who will hold the primary Lease for the 40+ acres?

Fineline Executive Hangars LLC will hold the lease with GTU and maintain the POA. This will consist of board members selected when construction is completed.

Will there be a pilot lounge and restrooms?

Yes, there will be a small space with restrooms, a lounge, etc, for Hangar Tenants.

How many people are on the list?

Currently, there are over 80 since Feb 20th 2025.

When will I be notified if I get a hangar in Phase 1?

We will contact those that made Phase 1. This will be done on a 1st come 1st Serve basis.
